MedTec’s in-line Diffusion Humidifiers are designed to introduce moisture to the test atmosphere without diluting your air sample. Maintaining a proper viable environment is key for successful cell exposures. To avoid cellular damage, maintaining relative humidity levels above 75% at ~37°C is necessary. This means that moisture needs to be added to the sampled test atmosphere at ~37°C prior to exposing the cells. While built specifically to be used with MedTec’s CelTox Sampler, our line of humidifiers can be integrated into any experimental setup requiring elevated humidity levels.
